Margit Olle is involved since 02.05.2022 in a new project with cereals.
Margit Olle is involved in a project: Improving cereal production technology. As Aru Agricultural Ltd. senior researcher will be investigating: rape, winter wheat and winter barley organic production possibilities. The short description of the project: To assess usages of organic fertilizers in cereal production in Estonia, and worldwide. In case of positive results, the technology will be used in the farm. Assessing the impact of different fertilization methods on cereal production, leading to: improved germination, improved growth, improved crop quality, increased nutrient uptake in plants, improved soil microbiology, decrease of the usage of the synthetic fertilizers and pesticides.
